Ivan Connaughton Auctioneer, Valuer & Estate Agent was established on the 19th February 2007 in Athleague Village, Co. Roscommon, the office being officially opened by Mr. Brian Cowen, Minister for Finance. Due to the rapid growth of the business, a second office has been opened at No. 8 Athlone Road, Roscommon Town (formerly Bruen Insurance and Irish Nationwide).

Ivan Connaughton received an Honours Degree in B.Sc Property Valuation & Management from Limerick Institute of Technology in 2004 while also receiving an award for excellence from the Society of Chartered Surveyors for his Dissertation/ Thesis on Protected Structures. He is a member of the I.A.V.I. (Irish Auctioneers & Valuers Institute).

From June 2004 to August 2006, Ivan gained invaluable experience with an auctioneering firm before opening his own business.

As a young, enthusiastic entrepreneur and very approachable person, Ivan is willing to help you with your property requirements, whether buying, selling, renting  or seeking a valuation.
